Message	first pic, cut or chisel out the core and the rubber, then chisel out of the around large washer looking piece. It is actually part of the outer shell of the bushing and it must be remove for both ES and solids second, large lip goes towards the rear bumper. I pressed mine in with some wood and a large c clamp Alex
